1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.grivastravel.com and the purchase of any services offered by GRivas Travel. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Offered
GRivas Travel offers a diverse range of travel and tourism-related services to enhance your experience on Corfu Island. Our services include:

• Transfers and Guided Tours: We provide comfortable vehicle transfers and informative guided tours to explore the scenic beauty and rich history of Corfu.
• Yacht Tours and Boat Rentals: Experience the Ionian Sea with our exclusive yacht tours and boat rental services, perfect for personal or group outings.
• Activities and Tickets: Engage in various local activities and secure tickets through us for numerous attractions and events across the island.
• Accommodation: We offer booking services for a variety of accommodations, including villas, hotels, and apartments, tailored to your preferences and needs.
• Events and Special Services: For events and other specialized services, we provide detailed planning and execution, subject to separate contracts to ensure tailored service delivery.

For certain services involving third parties, specific contracts or insurance agreements will be arranged. Customers will be informed separately about the terms applicable to these third-party services.

3. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or email.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or other agreed-upon payment methods.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• More than 60 days prior to service date: 20% administrative fee retained.
• 10 to 60 days prior to service date: 30% of the total booking amount retained.
• 48 hours to 10 days prior to service date: 50% of the total booking amount retained.
• Less than 48 hours prior to service date: Full booking amount retained.
• Rescheduling more than 48 hours before service: Possible with a 20% fee, subject to availability. If not possible, 20% administrative fee retained.
• Rescheduling less than 48 hours before service: Not permitted, full amount retained.

5. User Conduct
Users are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during tours. GRivas Travel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a tour for anyone who behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

6. Limitation of Liability
GRivas Travel will not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss, damage, or delay affecting any person or property beyond our reasonable control. This includes services provided by third parties, for which separate contracts or insurance agreements will be provided. Customers will be duly informed about these specific agreements, which are designed to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all services rendered.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on www.grivastravel.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GRivas Travel or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

8. Privacy Policy
